Our legal name is Annie Jane Fort Henderson County Retirement Center, Inc. We do business as Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab. We are accredited by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Illinois Department of Public Health, and affiliated with Life Services Network. We are in full compliance with the Life Safety Standard regulation.

We are a not-for-profit facility, which is governed by a nine member Board of surrounding community residents. Meetings are held monthly to update the board of directors on the business matters of the facility. Board Members are elected on an annual basis.
